Running a business has always been a dream of mine. For as long as I can remember I’ve filled notebooks and iPhone notes with ideas to explore one day.
I’ve been obsessed with real fruit ice cream since forever and considering how many Kiwis live in London, I couldn’t believe the gap in the market still existed so I knew I had to be the first.
Starting the business has been about:
-Spreading the simple joy you get from treating yourself to an ice cream
-Supplying a healthier alternative and one that can be enjoyed for people with intolerances
-Exploring creative flavours you’ve not seen before
-Providing a new discovery for someone
-And creating a connection with my fellow Kiwis, bringing them and Londoners a taste of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
It wouldn’t have happened without the endless village of people that supported me, so thank you to each and everyone of you that helped me on the journey.
It’s meant the world to me.
